No it's not. It's 0.568 litres. Ask Magicpole.

Fair enough. My marathon PBs had slightly positive splits. I don't know for other distances but I suspect they were slight positive splits too. If I had achieved negative splits I wonder if the overall time would have been quicker? Impossible to know. It is difficult to do negative splits, and...

Bernard Silva for me. I bet he could run a sub 2.5 hour marathon. Combine that level of fitness with his skill and he's the archetypal Pep City player.

Why are you obsessed with imperial units. Imperial and metric units are both used in this country and the EU. So What?

All those missed chances added to the excitement. Think I preferred it that way actually rather than the comfortable 5-0 it could have been...

First world problems. I wonder what those in Afghanistan would think if they knew. We are a load of soft cunts.

I remember similar queues about 20 years ago during the "fuel protests". I was a cycling commuter doing about 5,000 miles per annum. No car. I was certainly laughing my cock off then.

5 x 10k time is another estimate for marathon time. But not as accurate as above. Only applies if marathon trained. It would not work if the furthest you ran was 10 k then suddenly ran a marathon.

Yes. About 10 years ago I did 2 HM and 2 full marathons in the space of about 15 months. HM Times. 1:28 and 1:31. Marathon times 3:10 and 3:15.

Slow and steady wins the race. The best times are normally achieved with an even or negative split, although I found the latter is difficult to achieve. Each half of the race in 55 minutes would be ideal.

Just a heads up on these scamming gits

I used to keep all my passwords in an excel spreadsheet because I would forget them. I protected the excel spreadsheet with a password. Unfortunately I forgot the password to the excel spreadsheet ! :(

I deduced that the popular meaning of football history is an arbitrary number of trophies won in an arbitrary time scale. The most popular arbitrary time scale appears to be 1968- 1985 ?

Historical European clubs says Football 365. Does that include World War 2 and Bert Trautmann? Or or is that not the right kind of history?

Blimey. I was just about to write something very similar. Bitter, bitter cunts sprang to mind. And after watching "The Keeper" last night on i player it reminded me of the City's past ...and highlighted Football 365 ignorance of European history.
