I'm the same, Semenyo is a very good player, but a central midfielder player preferably either Wharton or Anderson is the more pressing requirement. However, I'm not confident either Palace or Forest will sell in January.

Van Veen was on fire tonight, he has already beaten Littler twice this year. If he can keep on playing like tonight he is a contender.

Bobb and Savinho aren't good enough and Semenyo is an upgrade imo and his versatility also makes him a good option.

Pep may well leave at the end of the season, but I doubt Bernardo leaving will have an impact on his decision. Yes he likes him and don't we all, his decision will be based on personal issues and not the loss of Bernardo.

He has talent without a doubt and going forward he carries the ball well, but physically he is too easily knocked off the ball. As with any player that Pep brings in he needs time to adjust and hopefully by the end of the season he is proving all the doubters wrong.
