Took me a while to start 'digging' this and I'm still sure about the tower elements to the rear, but I can't knock the investments in the arts and in Manchester. Think Gideon had a bit of a lob on for Manchester (Cheshire links no doubt), not sure any of the current lot would sign this off. It has annual lottery funding now too.
That whole Granada area is going to look pretty surreal in a couple of years.

I think this project is precisely why the development of a unique,world class visitor attraction on the Collar Site has stalled.
