Big protests of the "silent majority" yesterday - people who claim to support neither side but who's slogan is we need to talk or something similar.
Today I heard a Spanish MP saying that any UDI tomorrow will mean nothing and he said that there will be elections in Catalonia and then the people can vote according to what they want - neglecting to mention that of course if they vote in pro-seperatists again it will still mean nothing unless the Madrid Govt actually sanctions a referendum on independence.
They do need to sit down and talk - they need a mediator. Anybody know what Tony Blair is doing at the moment ha ha ha

I was being tongue in cheek - no idea Bliar had already been mentioned for the gig........... that will cost Spain a fortune to get zero progress over say 4 years... on the plus side if they want a bloody civil war he's yer man....
