Don't think he'd be much quicker than a quick wide player over 30 yards from a standing start tbh, especially in his 30s.Ridiculous and all a stunt, however, I love Bolt, would be great to see him kick and go and watch everyone chase him with their lungs hanging out of their arseholes ... ;-)

Don't think he'd be much quicker than a quick wide player over 30 yards from a standing start tbh, especially in his 30s.
He would still outrun anyone on a football pitch, you have to factor in also that he would be running in the right direction and not from a standing start, like the defenders facing him would be. There are some very quick players about granted, Sterling, Walker Sane to name but a few but none are at his level..!

There's a few around that can go close to the 10 second mark over 100m, Bolt was hitting what, 9.75 towards the end of his sprinting career? Add in the fact that those lads are 30-40m specialists and Bolt with his frame took 30m just to accelerate (even from blocks) and it wouldn't be as clear cut as you'd think.He would still outrun anyone on a football pitch, you have to factor in also that he would be running in the right direction and not from a standing start, like the defenders facing him would be. I don't think there is nobody in any league that can run under 10.5 for the 100m,which is the sprinting elite level, Bolt could run that in his sleep, I get what you are saying over a 30m distance things level up a lot, however, my point was him running at defenders, (A) facing in the wrong direction and (B) from a standing start, with him in full flow.... Anyway, that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it because I'm a stubborn git at the best of times....
