There hasn't been much for quite a while on developments regarding a purpose-built stadium for NYCFC. However, today there's news of a proposed new development on the South Bronx waterfront that includes affordable housing units, a waterfront park, a medical facility, amenities for the area’s children and a proposed 26K stadium for NYCFC to be designed by Rafael Viñoly: https://newyorkyimby.com/2018/04/ex...-million-harlem-river-yards-mega-project.html

NYC is a notoriously hard place to get this kind of development done, but a stadium for NYCFC has always been a priority for CFG. Am sure ADUG would make it an impressive facility if they did manage to get it bilt.

I'd be annoyed if NYCFC get a bespoke, state of the art stadium and we keep the Etihad with it's botched South Stand roof and tired concourses and exterior.
