Whilst it's great for our players to receive acknowledgement, it's an absolute joke that Sterling hasn't walked that award.

Genuinely baffled as to how he hasn't won it.

My sentiments exactly. Don't get this at all. Great for Sane but Sterling has clearly had the better season. I don't even see how it's a contest to be honest.

Sterling could drag England kicking and screaming to World Cup victory and they'd still find a way to say it was down to someone else. Probably from Spurs.

I think KDB just dropped off in Feb and March whilst Salah didn’t and it is the recent stuff that people remember. KDB was magnificent from Aug-end Jan though especially when Silva was missing.
