Surely the 70s was the greatest decade for comedy shows ? At least seven or eight of the greatest dozen or so were from that decade. Rising Damp Reggie Perrin Porridge The Likely Lads Dads Army Steptoe and Son Monty Python Fawlty Towers plus we had Eric and Ern at their best and other good stuff like MASH .

Forgot Blackadder, absolute class. Especially 2,3 and 4. Also love Bottom and The Young Ones mainly for the buzz they caused when they first came out. And I love (P)Rik.

And Men Behaving Badly. Just good for it's time, great chemistry and Leslie Ash before "Pout".
