Media persecution of Raheem Sterling

Yes, the changing of his shirt colour is a big factor in the treatment Stirling gets from the media, and the morons in the stands. He gets roundly booed by many home fans, when City travel.

But as far as the Mail is concerned, it IS the colour of his skin. Their treatment of him, reminds me of this famous Not The Nine O'clock News sketch

Someone should give the journalists responsible a stern warning on a match day. It’s a long way from Piccadilly station to our ground, and it’s not like you can’t find a picture of these twats
