West Ham 2017/18

He’s a good man and a good manager but the dildo brothers are fucking hopeless and there is a lot of disquiet behind the scenes at that club. Manuel will have a job on his hands.
Maybe they saw the job he did at Malaga despite their dodgy owners and thought he'd be a perfect fit.

as a west ham season ticket holder for 25+ years ...it's 100x better than upton park
There was a West Ham fan on Talksport a couple of weeeks back and he was saying every West Ham fan he speaks to are more than happy with the stadium and the move and that for whatever reason the media are making out like they the fans aren’t happy with the move, which isn’t true in his opinion

it was after I think it was Adrian Duram went on a rant about the club selling the fans out etc
Are the majority happy with the move? And if so why are the media making out that you aren’t? Do you think the media have it in for the Dildo Brothers?

I hope Pardew gets another no hope Premier League role soon - I look forward to him and Manuel sparring up to each other again.. what was it ? 'fucking old ****'

What have you let yourself in for Manuel???

Jellied Eel arm-wrestling contest?

This was Pellegrini's squad in his last season with us:

Hart
Caballero
Wright

Kolarov
Clichy

Sagna
Zabaleta

Otamendi (still adapting)
Kompany (constantly injured)
Mangala
Demichelis
Adarabioyo

Fernandinho
Touré
Fernando
Delph

Navas
Sterling
Nasri (injured 7+ months)

De Bruyne
Silva

Aguero
Bony
Iheanacho

When you look at it like that it's a miracle we made top 4 and won the league cup.
Bloody hell. You’re spot on there ML. In hindsight, when written down like that, the squad he had to work with looks mid-table at best

Two of those players are now retired. We released a further six and actively sold four more. Two more have been left out on the loan list and we're looking for buyers. Of the twelve players who have left permanently from that squad, only one left against our will. He was Aleksandr Kolarov and we wanted him to stick around for one more season as a backup CB.

Looking at that team you have Otamendi, Fernandinho, Delph, Kompany, Sterling, De Bruyne, Silva and Aguero. Those eight players have had good seasons for us. Everyone else there is deadwood.

Yeah, it was pretty terrible.

This is the squad that Neil Custis would have you believe was streets ahead of the rags squad when Mourinho and Guardiola respectively took over

14 gone since (not inc Mango) by my count

Yes, it's a weak squad, but he was here 3 seasons. Fair play or not, he has to shoulder some of the blame for it. Besides, didn't he block a Dybala purchase so he could land Bony?
