A new all-time World Cup record... 17 City players going to Russia. The highest representation from a single club in the history of the World Cup.

If City played in the World Cup against the Countries there but without the City players, how well would we do?
Would the Countries such as Brazil, Belgium, England, etc be weakened so much that City would win the World Cup or another currently weaker country win?

We would *just* beat France in the final.

Brazil would be out in the Round of 16, we would beat Argentina in the quarterfinals, and Spain would narrowly lose to France in the semis, with us progressing past Germany (on a Sane brace).

England would withdraw from the tournament after the second group game against Belgium ending 8-0, with Ashley Young receiving his marching orders after separate yellows for simulation (of a footballer).
