He had a problem with flight connections. Southgate actually said it wasn't a problem but Raz felt bad and wanted to apologise to the rest of the squad as he felt he had a responsibility to be there when he said he would. Someone in the England camp is leaking this stuff as the time he was due in was apparently informal.
