Been to Alvor twice lovely little fishing village, well it was the last time we went.Alvor can be reached by boat from Lagos, Small resort but lively in the evenings and not many dick heads.

We are doing something similar at the end of August , 4 nights New York then cruise up the coast including Halifax also Boston , Bar Harbour and a couple of other ports.New York for three days at the end of the month then on a cruise sailing north to amongst other places Halifax NS, staying overnight 1st July which is Canada Day, so big celebrations. Then back down to Boston overnight on 4th July, so another party central. Looking forward to it

Protaras for 2 weeks in 2 weeks! 7th time I will have been in as many years love the place.

Bar Harbour is one of our other ports along with St John New Brunswick, Portland Maine and Newport Rhode Island. Looking forward to proper Maine lobster.
