Online shop Cityzens discount

Can anybody help me here, I am tying to preorder something from the city website but my cityzens discount is not applied/nowhere to apply it (there's a discount code box that seems not to want to take my supporter number).

Does anybody know how to activate the discount Online?

Ive asked City for help but they're sending me around in circles.

But its all a con in the 1 st place,we all get as season ticket holders or that cityzen members a 10% discount

all the same stuff on sports direct is the same price as our club site with our 10% off anyway,they make you feel you are getting something when you are not,they've been doing it for years.
