Well, no.

Pro scouts use big database programs that have a large amount of video attached. But that's the screening process rather than scouting. When they scout players, they send out our staff to watch them live and file reports on them

This is definitely not true, but if someone hypothetically did offer 50m for Gundogan I would take it. He is obviously good enough for us, despite what many on here say, but going into his age 28 season, with playing time not guaranteed it may be best for both player and club to do a deal.
