Fixtures for 18/19 season

I have to say this is not good news.

We will have players returning from the World Cup and Chelsea the week before.
Whatever happened to the rule that if you won the league you get first home game the following season?
And yet again no fixtures for us over Christmas and away game last.
Utterly disgraceful yet again.

It was never a "rule"...was always a myth...

Slight difference between a cricket match crowd and a footballl and Liam Gallagher concert crowd , no way would the police allow it , especially with the City connections to the concert

So just move the football match by a day; it is likely to be televised anyway.

@meeesh Will likely come back for the Watford match and the derby for my birthday (7 March).

This past March I was sat in the stands (exactly on my birthday) for the Basel dead rubber... so these matches better make up for that! ;-)

Could be better. Could be worse. We play 4 of the 5 top 6 teams away in first part of the season. And except for Spurs at home, we seem to have played them all twice early in the season, so it might help if we are on course for the title and CL. Arsenal away is a tricky one to start with, especially so soon after the WC. Not sure if everyone will be able to start.
