Barca apparently interested in Gundogan £50m

I actually think Gundogan is a better player than the one at Dortmund. We all have different opinions but at least give the guy some credit. In 64 games for City he has been involved in 20 goals as either the scorer or provided an assist.

Gundogan g+a per 90m = .30
KDB = .70
David Silva = .72

Based on the criteria you have used and FB site:

Iniesta (considered genius) g+a per 90 = 0.15 from 1862 mins in La Liga this season with 2 assists.
Iniesta average during Barcelona career g+a per 90 = 0.30

These stats even make the very best in the game look average. I also did say in my earlier post that Gundogan is behind De Bruyne and Silva in the pecking order. He however is a very good backup and valuable squad member who has made a significant contribution to City.

Find it surreal this to be honest. Not whether we should sell him or not. Just that we, ikkle City, have a player that wouldn’t be in many of our strongest 11, great squad player mind, that Barca want and we could get £50m for (supposedly).

At £50m I'd let him go, I must say though I don't think we've seen the best of him but it would open up a proper squad place & game time for young Foden.

No, Gundogan is better then Jorginho

They're both different types of players and both bring to the team, but as many have pointed out, Foden could quite easily do Gundogs job and then you bring in a different type of midfielder to what we have.
Profit on Ilkay
Foden gains experience.
Money spent on a midfielder just as good, but brings a different aspect to our game we don't have.

That's a win, win, win situation :)
