This wc has been disappointing so far . The quality of football has been below par .

It's early, the less talented sides are playing very deep as you'd expect. As the advancing teams jell some and begin to face other sides that won't play stonewall it will expand. Spain/Portugal eg. But it's also true that some of the "favorites" haven't looked as sharp as most thought.

I honestly think England have a chance of winning it.

Stranger things have happened. If Sterling, Ali if fit and Lingard find their club form and shooting boots we will worry most sides. We also have to get a decent ref and var officials. That ref is the worst I have seen this world cup.
