Yet people lap it up. People will still tell you he is a deal maker than never backs down from a decision. It is demonstrably not true but people(generally American god botherers) won’t have a word of it

I think people, in this day and age, pick a position and stick to it. It’s not healthy - how many times do you see the panel on the news say ‘he/she has a good point there’? Never - which is remarkable really as apparently they are there for balance

They are not there for balance they are there to give two points of view equal standing, when they should tell one side to stop taking shit

The idea of the need for balance is a fallacy. When 99% of scientists agree that man has contributed to climate change and 1% don't it's not right to give both sides even time. It's the same with Dumb Donald and his followers, putting somebody on the air who tries to normalize putting babies in cages or praising Kim Jong Un as some sort of smart guy who is just "tough" is not the job of the news. Their job is to report facts not to try to appease morons.

Facts:

Man does contribute to climate change
It is never okay to imprison babies/toddlers
There were not fine people marching with the nazis in Charlottesville
63,000 Americans have not been killed by immigrants in the last ten years
FDR did not serve 16 years as POTUS
Rolling back regulations and allowing oil companies to pollute our oceans is not a good idea
Giving a huge handout to millionaires/billionaires in a growing economy is not the right move
There is no reasonable rational for endorsing a pedophile in a senate election

If a news channel gives equal time to somebody so they can refute these facts they are doing the county a disservice.
