Anyway, why the C02 shortage? I heard it was due to plant maintenance, but is there only one?

There’s about 5 in Uk, 3 are in maintenance, and one has had a technical issue.
In parts of Europe (France/Germany etc) there’s none - all in maintenance.

So not looking good.

CO2 is a by product from fertiliser production. There’s less call for that in summer, hence when plants do maintenance.
