I actually remember when we signed him, there was an Everton fan on here who got hounded away when he told us that Everton wanted rid because of 'issues' and it was put down to sour grapes. I happen to know him away from Bluemoon as he worked at Finch Farm for a long time and used to pass on lots of info when he could, by all accounts, a really nice lad but it was certainly not just a growth spurt, Everton spent a lot a money letting him work with Dr Steve Peters to help him out and Rodwell himself moved himself so he wasn't travelling as far, all quite tragic really.
