He had 2 good games against lesser teams. In the last 3 games he was a passenger. It was clear he was desperate to win the Golden Boot, and gave up numerous opportunities to play in team mates.Say what you like about him. He’s England’s best player by a county mile and will be collecting the top scorer at the World Cup. Amazing striker.
The problem is when he's up against decent teams and England/spurs aren't camped on the opposition's box, he doesn't offer anything. In the last three games, he might as well have not played.It doesn’t matter how he scores. He just does. And continuselly. Sorry but that is one of the biggest assets you can have , there are not many like him
