In the NFL all or nothing series its 8 but im sure ive read or seen somewhere this will be 10

Just seen it it is 8 although the Dallas Cowboys all or nothing did have a bonus 9th episode but it was only on for about 10 minutes

Wow, thats another side of pep we dont get to see, media will make his press conferences more challenging now

Wouldn't have thought so, I don't think anyone expects managers not to use the press conference for their own advantage. Pep in particular is known for always backing players in public, the most famous example being the 'love to have 1000 Dante's' about a month before he was sold.
