hey Oxford - bring us up to date. Did you move into a new stadium a few years back - and is it finished
What is the capacity?.
Cheers.

Okay bud.
We moved into the “breeze block” that is the Kassam Stadium in 2001. It’s still a three sided place that holds 12,500 fans. You will be in the North Stand next to the open end sharing with our supporters obviously on the other side of the segregation. The stand is on the side of the pitch facing the dug out and has excellent unrestricted views all round. There’s a Frankie & Bennies, a Chinese and bars next to the car park. In the ground the pies ain’t bad at all but cost around 3.50/£4. Don’t park in the restricted streets near the stadium or they’ll fine you, and they do bro no b/s.

Let's leave it up to Pep to pick the team. Play a strong team from the start then when we are a couple of goals up then it is the time to ring the changes. After al it is still another trophy that has to be won. With 1 of the big guns having to go out on Wed., be it Liverpool or Chelsea, it all goes to help us retain this trophy.

Bargain it’s £4.50 for a crap pint at ours.

Would be good to see some fringe players starting the game , MURIC - DANILO , STONES , OTTO , ZINCHENKO - BOLTON , FODEN , DELPH , DIAZ - JESUS , MAHREZ , plenty of youth an experience for the first step to retain the cup and win the quadruple :)

The trouble with these games is that managers of top PL teams, and Pep is no exception, match the two sides ounce for ounce, and then add just a couple of grammes in our favour, hoping that the gap in technique and talent will deliver the result. They make no allowance for how badly these teams want to win. That's where the giant killing comes good. A team way stronger is needed every game, and when the game seems secure then do the subbing.

Pep is quite clearly managing the squad at the moment due to the world cup and the fragmented pre season for some as well as injury to KDB who is vital to the way we play.
I'm hoping it will pay dividends in the long run and we finish the season really strongly whilst the others wilt.
From Peps comments it will be a mixture of youth, experience and 1st teamers against Oxford. Probably a strong bench in case of fuck ups.
Been a while since we played League 1 opposition hasn't It?
They don't look to have been playing that we'll if you look at their league position. Will they go full strength?
