Disagree. Maybe arsenal but not Chelsea. Don’t think sarri would let him express himself enough where Klopp would.

Leonardo who’s also ex Flamengo also ex PSG executive recently went back to Milan knowing how PSG operate moved quickly to secure the move for Milan and also got him for under the release clause. €30M + €5M in bonuses instead of the full €50M. Flamengo only owned 70% of him as well.
