I’d shop there from time to time when I lived in Manchester and actually quite liked it. There’s a fantastic trainer shop called Transalpino with rare Adidas. The guys were local and friendly / welcoming. Ditto the young lady serving in the clothes shop. All smiles. She was quite fit tbh. I left with a good impression.

Perhaps as a non Mancunian then I don’t get the banter but there’s crap everywhere. It’s like scally culture hasn’t existed to any of you. They were scum of the earth and I was made to feel deeply unwelcome on several occasions.
