Work slow or on holiday mate. Very impressive collection that

The Debate on SSN last night with Steve McMahon, Alan Smith and Jason Burt was refreshing after the bashing City have taken in the media over the last week or so. They were slagging off the rags and Mourinho for having no strategy and buying badly while praising City and Pep for having a clear vision and buying well.

I see Matthew Syed of The Times is putting the knife in us again this morning (page 68).
I have no problem with him discussing if we circumnavigated the FFP rules.
However, when he starts to write things like:

'the stench emanating from elsewhere in the club'
and saying things like 'Islamic dictatorships with questionable human rights records, attempting to leverage
football to bolster strategic defence interests and launder their reputations'

it really does call into question his objectivity and reasons for writing such vitriol?
He's another one who should be made unwelcome at the club at any time for any reason.

Roan (BBC online)has to mention us again right at the end of his article on the new Female Premier League Executive, saying it will be interesting to see how she deals with us. With Bruce Buck of Chelsea instrumental in appointing her I wonder if he and Gill have an agenda here, two Clubs that are in danger of missing out on CL football, will indeed be interesting.

If she’s been brought in to do their dirty work they’ll run rings round her & if they can’t they’ll employ the best person to do it.
