Agreed but as we’ve proved you explain what could happen at a trial to negotiate.

Can't see anything is going to happen here tbh. They're essentially picking a fight with Etihad, ourselves and our auditors over a sensationalist article if so.

Yes.
I am fine with them investigating - they really have no choice in that. The outcome will be interesting, and I expect there to be confidential undertakings which will not be made known.

So what information are UEFA and the Premier League sharing then if it's not the emails that the celebrated John says a stork brought him? Or are DS saying UEFA and the PL passed them on to the paper? Or are they both keeping DS "in the loop"? I think they'd all better be very careful.
 
Sharing confidential information outside of the organisation in question is....brave, shall we say.
