Purple is a universal colour used for varying things tbf.

Would have it as an a way kit alternative to maroon, but not sure it needs to be part of the home kits trim

Just think 20 years ago these colours were not synonymous with us when first brought out

Now they are synonymous for where we have come from and how far

Away kits can change but home kit must always be traditional

Light blue shirt, white shorts, either light blue socks with MAROON turnover or dark blue socks

Blue shorts are traditional too.

In fairness, that was a shit kit that became a great kit because of the play off final. If we'd had it the season before, it would scarcely be remembered.
