They've gone with the LMA award which went to Chris Wilder at Sheff United.
In his acceptance speech after receiving the trophy from Slur Alex (do they get to remain in the LMA even if they aren't managers any more) after being rimmed by Southgate for still being alive, Wilder banged on about structure, training ground, lack of a cheque book culture at the club blah blah.
See how far that gets you in the big boys League you can bemoan how its all unfair when you get relegated.

He seems very happy and I think that’s so special. He has worked so hard and so brilliantly for so long - and to be in a place where at least for a time it is unquestioned and honored...well, it must be the best feeling - and I can think of few more genuine people to deserve it.
