This headline replaced the City UEFA headline on the BBC homepage. Quite ironic if you ask me. This is how the EU regards anti-competitive behaviour.

Banks fined €1bn by EU for currency rigging
Five banks have been fined €1.07bn (£935m) by the European Commission after traders clubbed together to rig the foreign exchange market.

Read about 100 pages on here this morning(about us being FKed over by eufa)
Well off to watch some proper Porn now...

The more I read city’s response the more I feel confident . City not going to take any more abuses from bullies .

There is a sporting exemption in the laws of most jurisdictions to take account of what would otherwise be cartel behaviour, so it's not quite the same thing as in normal business when it comes to anti-trust behaviour or similar. But nor is it a blank cheque.

Powerful statement from the club. We are all behind you.

Does anyone have any idea about the possible timescale moving forward? When are we likely to be charged by the upper chamber? (as seems likely). How long after until we have the case heard at CAS?
