I must admit I would be disappointed with Ake.

Good player, but of the calibre to replace Vinny I don't think so.

Just wrote this on the De Ligt thread: "If we want a bang average homegrown CB why not just go for Nathan Aké? He's left footed like reports said that we wanted and he can play left back. Probably a lot cheaper than maguire, and he's probably tired of being the only defender in Bournemouth capable of defending".

Makes sense now that Bournemouth signed Kelly, but to be fair they need all defensive upgrade they can get. They are extremely front heavy
