Giving the Charity Shield a miss because of the Scouse influence.

That’s decent, we have a golf society which we run from the Junction in Ashton, will be sorting this summers golf out next week. We play all over the North West usually on a Sunday. You (and friends) would be more than welcome to join us, we have golfers of all abilities from 7 to 36 handicap. Our best trip though is the Pike Fold Beer Festival Golf Day in mid July, 18 holes of golf, nosebag, beers and entertainment afterwards, great day.
Cheers will bear that in mind, we live in Oldham, Bury, Sale & Wythenshaw.

Usually play Altrincham & Castlehawk.

Played those, Altrincham is a decent course (and Clubhouse) for a pay and play. We played Chorlton last Sunday for £20, good course but needs a bit of a tidy up in parts. Blackley is good value and you can get on there on a Saturday for £15 - £20.

Well this time last week I was at Wembley and now I am in the bloody Trafford centre waiting for the Mrs to try on dresses. Shite.
