They have had a disastrous year and will spend enormous sums.

We on the other hand will be more astute I hope.

Transfer request doesn't really exist in France as it does in England.
Sure a player may want to leave his club but it will be it. Nothing more or nothing special will happen if the club doesn't want to sell or their asking price is not met.
Just wait for report from France if you want any credible and reliable source.

Which is exactly the same in England
 
PSG paid £166m for him, so I would think they would want £220 - 250m, so well out of our ball park unfortunately.
 
We won’t sign Mbappe. PSG would want £250m, plus we have Jesus, we don’t need him. We also have areas of the team that we do need to spend a big chunk of that £250m on, but attack isn’t one of them.
