He’s a 30m player at best.

He's not worth 75m.
 
His preference is City supposedly. Either way the prospective fee touted for him is ludicrous.

I think for a lot of people these days the term "correct valuation" has gone out the window. It really comes down to what you are prepared to pay and how much you need to buy.
Is Maguire the best CB in the league/world NO, but we need a replacement for Vinny and it may come down to picking him and paying the full amount. Will he be worth what we pay probably not but there may be no other realistic alternative on offer and we are left with little choice. The thing is that unlike the old days we can usually afford the asking price no matter what crazy figure is quoted and many are OK with this it seems.
 
How can someone think he is a 30m player when Liverpool youths/rejects are going for 20m. He is worth at least 50m, 70 is taking the piss. Prob go for about 60m
