Let's talk about corners

Interested to see some stats at the Leicester game, we are top out of 20 premier league teams for amount of corners earned this season with over 290, the nearest team being Liverpool with 45 less. But we were 14th out of the same teams for goals scored from corners. Which is bloody terrible.

In the old days a corner was a good attacking opportunity. We clearly don't seem to consider it important because we've done nothing about it for several seasons.

I'd rather we have a throw in or play a short corner and get the ball back into play that way, don't know why we bother sending centre half's up for them.

Yeah saw them stats. We have players with amazing technique, you would think a couple would be able to perfect the fizzing inswinger but we try the same delivery every bloody time and 8/10 times hit the first defender. Pep for whatever reason obviously doesn't see it as a priority.

Apparently their analysis team had noticed that Barca are slow and tend to argue with the ref in fact the ball boys were told to get the ball quick If we did that would have got booked
