That's an interesting point... convicted of a criminal offence, serves term in prison... then returns to Board level position at Bayern. Wouldn't he be disqualified from holding a directorship in Blighty ? Clearly, no similar rule in Germany, of if there is, maybe it doesn't apply to employees of FC Bayern !
They have another board member in prison, Rupert Stadler ex CEO ofAudi but he retains his AUDI seat on Bayern’s board despite being fired by AUDI then there’s Martin Winterkorn ex CEO of VW Group who represents VWAG on BM board he is still under investigation for the Diesel scandal Maybe being criminally connected is a pre requisite?
 
Even prisons are better in Germany, over here most convicts just learn how to break into a car during incarceration....but in Germany you can get a degree in fraud whilst having a shower!! Fuckin mint....
