Can't see any indication that any ticket points will awarded for attendance, so maybe the rumours about 'no ticket points for away games' are true.

Not great communication if they have changed policy. At least the FA haven't stuck the prices up further.

Yes some things never change season after season. Brilliant on the field but ticketing still shit. Just phoned up and they are selling the most expensive blocks first in the lower tier. There are no top tier tickets from 527 to 540 available probably so the TV can't see empty seats. The usual disgrace for long-suffering fans.
