That it is! Can be a bit of "God's Waiting Room" at times, due to the numbers retiring to the area, and full of tourists in the summer, but you can't beat the weather!
I work about 5 mins from the cliff top, so my lunchtimes often comprise of a walk to the cliff, down the zig-zag path to the beach, bit of sightseeing for 15/20 mins ;-) then 5 mins back! Oh it's a hard life! Lol!
250 miles each way to see City is a pain in the arse though!
