Agreed about Flesh & Blood, an 80s “cult classic” as they say, and Paul Verhoeven making his early mark on Hollywood iirc.

I’d still to this day put that down as one of the best adverts I remember although thankfully with modern day technology it’s been years since I’ve seen an advert thankfully.

The hitcher has not aged at all, still as chilling as it was in 1986.

Very sad. Love Blade Runner and Hitcher.

More recently he was in a horror tv show called Channel Zero and it struck me how much he had aged.

I agree with the poster here about the Oscar for Blade Runner. Even with the outstanding cast, visuals and soundtrack - he stood out like a diamond.
