Surely they would have informed us first before letting any other clubs know the out come off their investigations, some how I don't think that this is true.
Lol. All of the g14 have been in on all the discussions since day 1.Surely they would have informed us first before letting any other clubs know the out come off their investigations, some how I don't think that this is true.
I think a lot has been going on behind the scenes regarding us , Bayern and eufa to be honest. I can see Sane going to Bayern for a decent market value price, and I can see City and Bayern having a harmonious future, there's more than one way to win a war and I think that possibly we had some decent shit on them that they don't want out in the open .
That's how blackmail generally works isn't it? "Take this ransom from me or I'll kill your wife"We have a load of shit on them so we sell them one of the best young players in the world?
Sounds legit.
Since they've already passed it on to the upper chamber for a decision on punishment I think that ship has long sailed. There is only one way for UEFA to get out of this rod they have made for their own back. That is to come out and say that MCFC has no case to answer and that their will be no further investigations into the matter of breaking FFP regulations. This matter is now closed for good. However having spent a lot of time on this matter, they will not wish to come out of this looking like a bunch of fools. I am sorry to tell them, that they are all ready looking like a bunch of fools. There is no one in their right mind would do any investigation based on someone who has done some hacking. As soon as they received these e-mails they should have asked MCFC is there any truth in this matter, and wait for our reply.
So they decided to do an investigation without any checks being done to see if these e-mails are genuine or not, and if the information is true. Afterall all they had to do was to go to companies house where they would have been able to look up our financial details. Yes they would have had to pay a fee to have look at those financial details. Surely that would not have been that hard to do. So that by combing through our accounts, they would found out in a few days if we had breached FFP rules or not. To me this looks like they are really struggling to find something against us, they want to ban us but can't find anything to ban us for breaching the rules of FFP.
It really looks like to me, that they will hope that if they delay in giving their decision everybody will just forget about it and then they will come out with the decision and say nothing to answer. They will know that with are army of lawyers we could well bankrupt UEFA in the courts, if there is just any hint that their decision was based on just these unproven e-mails. I just wonder when we will finally find out about their decision about our breaching FFP.
Given that one Bayern Director has been jailed for fraud, another fined for smuggling watches, and a third legend (Beckenbaur) is still being investigated for corruption (though he is apparently seriously ill) it makes you wonder what other skeletons they might have!I think a lot has been going on behind the scenes regarding us , Bayern and eufa to be honest. Exactly why deals can be done with them, they are vulnerable.Given that one Bayern Director has been jailed for fraud, another fined for smuggling watches, and a third legend (Beckenbaur) is still being investigated for corruption (though he is apparently seriously ill) it makes you wonder what other skeletons they might have!
