This is precisely what East Manchester needs to kick start it’s economy. Hope there’s a development like this to accompany the arena.

Have been thinking along similar lines for a while now.
I can just about remember an entertainment complex in East Manchester, with a large indoor arena along with sports stadiums and other attractions. Even attended an annual junior blues meeting held in the arena.
Being able to create something similar indoors would be fantastic, and Abu Dhabi already have a huge indoor entertainment complex at their grand Prix circuit (Ferrari world)
