MillionMilesAway. It does not matter that they UEFA have not themselves stolen/hacked the e-mails. The point is that they are in possession of the said e-mails. That still makes them guilty for being in possession knowing them to have been stolen/hacked. You would not get away with that if it ever went to a court of law. Arguing that I did not know they were stolen/hacked, you would still be found guilty, for being in possession of the said e-mails.

Doesn’t stop them acting on the contents of said emails.

Premier League interim Chief Executive Richard Masters on whether Manchester City's 'financial clout' is making the league predictable: "I'm not concerned. First of all, we should celebrate how brilliant City are and how Pep Guardiola has transformed the squad..."

When the scousers were winning the league virtually year on year in the 70's & 80's & the scum in the 90's & 00's nobody complained that the league was becoming predictable then.

Our friend is off again trying to influence things

La Liga president Javier Tebas claims Manchester City are 'a danger to football'. [via @StuBrennanMEN]

Javier Tebas has called for '...stricter financial controls that limit state clubs like Manchester City or PSG from vastly outspending their rivals and it would also include much firmer financial fair play penalties, which have been a very weak deterrent up to this point.'

It'll be like winning a trophy if we get CAS to overturn whatever penalty the AC panel decides.
