MillionMilesAway. It does not matter that they UEFA have not themselves stolen/hacked the e-mails. The point is that they are in possession of the said e-mails. That still makes them guilty for being in possession knowing them to have been stolen/hacked. You would not get away with that if it ever went to a court of law. Arguing that I did not know they were stolen/hacked, you would still be found guilty, for being in possession of the said e-mails.
Doesn’t stop them acting on the contents of said emails.
