It was comedy pure and simple. Billy Connolly backs this kind of stuff up. How dare people tell us what to think. Damn right he is.

Regardless of the main points of contention, it just wasn't a very good podcast tbh. The Bluemoon, 9320 and Noisy lads have the sector more than covered.

The club have acted correctly as while i don't believe either of the offenders to be racist,their behaviour was a piss poor attempt at humour,that was incredibly ill judged and,in today's society,rightly deemed unacceptable.

I imagine the club also saw this unfortunate episode as the perfect opportunity for a fresh start/approach.Hopefully the two 'offenders' can eventually put this event behind them and still enjoy a media career.
