I’d say Fowler, because it cost us a fantastic chairman, who recognised he was injured, and would likely be a spent force, and unfortunately the owners backed the manager.

I’d give Bony a pass because of the malaria, RSC was stupidity in the extreme from Sparky and the club.

I'm with the Bony brigade... many of the others (RSC, Rodwell) had injury problems and probably shouldn't have passed a fitness test.

Bony just had the issue of having a large fat ass that he rarely moved... he was also playing in a much better side/manager

And a life threatening blood disease...

If I had the time I'd list the players I've seen in a City shirt who were worse than Samaras - but I'd like to get some sleep tonight. ;-)

Not worth the money we paid but a long way from being the worst signing.

In the PL era I'd give that accolade to RSC, a well-known sick-note that Hughes had managed previously so knew his history, I wouldn't be surprised if something dodgy was going on there with his former club.

I think most exaggerate how poor he was. He was our first real YouTube player and we got giddy. He was rank average but nowhere near the worst player of our PL time.

Not at all. He may have had problems with his form, but he was vital in everything you see today.
