Regardless of what you think of his ability to play Peps way, it was integral to get the defence used to the system.. you think he made mistakes, imagine Hart trying to do it, so not really warranting of the label!

Or my all time favourite Charlie Nicolas : my flop of the year , Aguero , too small for the premier league .
