Yep. We need to take wickets primarily but also keep a lid on their run rate. That was one of the issues in the last test when they knocked off the 90 run first innings deficit during the Saturday evening session at around 4 runs an over, closing 34 runs ahead on 124-3. We should’ve been restricting them to around half that, so they still had a deficit to turn around the next morning. Psychologically, I think that was huge and I was surprised the commentators weren’t making more of it at the time.

The weather forecast doesn’t look great for tomorrow afternoon so I doubt we’ll get a full day’s play in.
