It definitely appeared that he remained at the other end of the pitch, but the on-screen shots probably don't tell the whole story.

Yeah, you really can't tell from TV as you only get one angle of what's going on and it's generally zoomed in on the hurt player or showing replays, no way of knowing what's actually going on.

Real question is, has Archer found out Smith's weakness? There's not a lot in these two teams, take Smith out ( if you'll pardon the pun ) I have England marginally ahead. We should pepper him every test.
