What's the rarest animal you've eaten?

As the title says, what's the rarest / most endangered species you've eaten? For me it's the bluefin tuna although I'd no idea there were even different sorts of tuna when I ate it. It was only a little bit of one mind, someone else must have had the rest.

Also taste just like chicken. Did you wrap it in mud/clay and bake it in embers? The skin/spines come off with the mud when it bakes hard. Don't make the mistake I did though - kill it before chucking it in the fire.
