Same as most others. Nearly always nuisance callers, who ignore the telephone preference list, or automated fcukin calls. Nobody I want to speak to rings me on the landline. But Lady Bacon’s dad uses it so I may pick it up and give the caller two seconds to identify themself.

The last 4 digits of my landline number are 1066. We used to get a lot of calls for Hastings Taxis (mainly from pissed up twunts at all times of night) and Christmas Eve and NYE were particularly unbearable.
Binned the phone off 4 years ago so no more taxi calls,thank God.

My Dad asked me to keep it in case he needs to phone me in an emergency but I've had it unplugged for months now.

I give it out when companies want a phone number.

Then never answer it.

I also give my wife's email if they ask for that. Because I'm nice.
